We ship to all European countries the US and Canada

 

 US orders recieved before 1pm EST will be shipped the same day it is recieved. All orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped the following day All orders shipped to arrive at your door in 2 to 3 days unless other shipping options are preferred. USPS Express, UPS overnight and UPS 2nd day air shipping also available upon request. Probiotics orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. This is to ensure it arrives in a timely manner and does not sit in a shipping facility over the weekend. Probiotic orders shipped with ice packs in an insulated carton. Vitamin and Supplement orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. 

 

During the summer months extra ice packs and an insulated pouch is added to try and keep it as cool as possible on its way to your door. Summer months make it  nearly impossible to ship orders to arrive cool at your door. If product arrives warm just put it in the refrigerator as soon as it arrives. The warm temperature will NOT harm probiotics as long as it is not for long periods of time. (more then 4 to 5 days @ 100F)

 

NOTE: DUE TO THE HIGH COST OF SHIPPING ONLY ONE YOGURT MAKER ALLOWED FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING PER ORDER.

 

Canadian orders recieved before 1pm EST will be shipped the same day it is recieved. All orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped the following day Probiotics orders to Canada are shipped on Monday, Tuesday only. This is to ensure it arrives in a timely manner and does not sit in a shipping facility over the weekend. Orders recieved after Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday. We can not be responsible for orders delayed by Customs procedures. Canada orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive at your door within 5 business days. Express International shipping is also available. (1 to 3 business days).

 

 European Shipping Policy

European orders recieved before 1pm EST will be shipped the same day it is recieved. All orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped the following day All orders shipped to arrive at your door in 5 to 7 business days unless other shipping options are preferred.

USPS Guaranteed International Express (1 to 3 days) is also available.

Probiotics orders to Europe are shipped on Monday, Tuesday only. This is to ensure it arrives in a timely manner and does not sit in a shipping facility or Customs over the weekend. Orders recieved after Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday. We can not be responsible for orders delayed or products confiscated by your Customs agency. Please check with your local Customs Agency for laws on what products are allowed in your country. European orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive at your door within 5 to 7 business days. Express International shipping is also available. (1 to 3 business days) .
