(SCD Legal) GI ProHealth’s B-complex provides correct amounts of essential B-complex vitamins and related nutrients in high potency amounts. Activated vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin enhances B12 absorption and bioavailability. Extra amounts of biotin (1,500mcg) is also added to this yeast-free formula. Metafolin® L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5MTHF) ensures a more immediate effects than folic acid on metabolism. As the only form of folate that crosses the blood-brain barrier, L-5-MTHF is especially useful for supporting neurological systems requirements for this nutrient.
