Inclusion of 5- methyltertahydrofolate (L-5MTHF) and folinic acid on metabolism. As the only form of folic acid that crosses the blood-brain barrier, 5-MTHF is especially useful for supporting neurological systems requirements for this nutrient. Activated vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin enhances B12 absorption and bioavailability.Extra amounts of biotin(1,500mcg,) is also added to this yeast-free formula.
